everything was perfect. The night shift receptionists were very polite and professional also day time staff, the bed was comfort and the room very clean and soundproofing. Breakfast was the best, a varied menu for all tastes and high professionalism in meeting all desires by the workers and cleanliness that reflects the positive direction of the management team to provide the best service to the clients. the location was very convenient to me as it was open to all directions (I traveled by car but i believe its linked very well with public transports ), parking spaces are all around the neighbourhood, free and secured. I will defenitely comeback everytime I visist Madrid, Occidental castella norte is my new home for sure Saludos a todo el equipo ! un 10/10 bien merecido

The accommodation was close to public transport with a bus right out front that took you into the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us lots of great reccomendations for sight seeing and how to get around. We were also lucky enough to be the VIP guests of the day and got 2 delicious cookies and some drink vouchers for the hotel bar. The breakfast at the hotel was 10/10! The bed was large and very comfortable. Great place to stay and will definitely reccomend!

Excellent hotel - very clean and with a good breakfast. And most importantly - breakfast until 11:30, that is, you can sleep in the morning!

Everything. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was bright, modern, clean, quiet, everything worked and a hand held clothes steamer came in very useful. The breakfast was ample, varied, with hot and cold choices, freshly squeezed OJ, good coffee, lunch was a good value, tasty menu del dia and dinner had a varied menu of pastas, pizzas, burger, salads, etc. The taxi request service was speedy.

A great hotel, with a great conexion to the city center. In front of the hotel there is a bus who will let you in the city center. It is very often, the price for one way is 1,5Euro (you pay at the driver, but the maximum that he will changed is 5 euro, so better have some coins), but pay attention that you will need a mask and be in the station so that the driver can stop (other wise the bus will not stop). The station from the hotel is the first one and you will go until the last one to arrived in the center (aprox. 1h). Also the metro is close (7minutes by walk) and the value of the tickets depend on the area you selecte to go. You can find some great local bars near and people are very nice. Did not eat breakfast to the hotel, but our friend told us that is good. Muchas gracias, Diana

Well, I specifically chose the location for ease of access to the Visa centre. The reception staff were very attentive. The room was very warm so a quick call reduced the heat.

Train station 5 minute walk from hotel. The hotel was modern and clean. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Breafast was great. Good value for money

The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Internet access was free. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Room had space for a desk. The hotel is not too far from the airport or city centre by public transportation.
