The accommodation was close to public transport with a bus right out front that took you into the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us lots of great reccomendations for sight seeing and how to get around. We were also lucky enough to be the VIP guests of the day and got 2 delicious cookies and some drink vouchers for the hotel bar. The breakfast at the hotel was 10/10! The bed was large and very comfortable. Great place to stay and will definitely reccomend!

Excellent hotel - very clean and with a good breakfast. And most importantly - breakfast until 11:30, that is, you can sleep in the morning!

A great hotel, with a great conexion to the city center. In front of the hotel there is a bus who will let you in the city center. It is very often, the price for one way is 1,5Euro (you pay at the driver, but the maximum that he will changed is 5 euro, so better have some coins), but pay attention that you will need a mask and be in the station so that the driver can stop (other wise the bus will not stop). The station from the hotel is the first one and you will go until the last one to arrived in the center (aprox. 1h). Also the metro is close (7minutes by walk) and the value of the tickets depend on the area you selecte to go. You can find some great local bars near and people are very nice. Did not eat breakfast to the hotel, but our friend told us that is good. Muchas gracias, Diana

Everything. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was bright, modern, clean, quiet, everything worked and a hand held clothes steamer came in very useful. The breakfast was ample, varied, with hot and cold choices, freshly squeezed OJ, good coffee, lunch was a good value, tasty menu del dia and dinner had a varied menu of pastas, pizzas, burger, salads, etc. The taxi request service was speedy.

Train station 5 minute walk from hotel. The hotel was modern and clean. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Breafast was great. Good value for money

The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Internet access was free. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Room had space for a desk. The hotel is not too far from the airport or city centre by public transportation.

The reception was friendly and quick, the room clean and spacious. There's a relax chair in the room and the bed was just perfect. Big, clean, a choice of good pillows. The bar and dining room are small but cosy and staff is friendly, food is good. Breakfast very good. Wifi is high speed! There is everything you need in the bathroom, toothbrushes, paste, lotion, vanity kit, hair dryer etc.

Amazing receptionist, Ana give us a good information about everything, close, friendly and very professional. Breakfast 10/10 very completed and between the best we have ever had in other hotels (churros with chocolate too ;)) The area takes 15min by car or taxi from the city center, e.g. Malasaña, but the place is quiet and perfect to relax and sleep. There are some shopping centers around. Parking - The hotel has parking area but it is very easy to find a place on the street.
